Our mat is a space for healthy emotional release, somatic creativity, and cultivating mental stillness. Through practices of yoga, we may find a path to our truest self.

Whether you are new to yoga or a long-term practitioner, my aim is to support you on that path through teaching rooted in respect and authenticity.

Various styles are available for all levels, including Slow Flow, Vinyasa, and Restorative. Classes are held around studios in Edinburgh, Scotland.
