Yoga Teaching In Edinburgh

Our mat is a space for healthy emotional release, kinetic creativity, and cultivating mental stillness. Through practices of yoga,
we may
 find a path to our truest self.

Whether you are new to yoga or a long-term practitioner, my aim is to support you on that path, through teaching which is rooted in authenticity and respect.

I teach a variety of styles, with a
particular focus on restoration. Currently, all classes are donation-based and 
in-person, online options beginning in December.
